All bookings must be made in advance, we don’t accept walk-ins.
Kindly keep to your appointment time. Please check-in 5 minutes before your appointment.
As our salon is small, we ask you wait outside should you arrive early.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your booking timeously and need to be done telephonically 2 hours before the appointment to avoid a service charge.
Vouchers
No expired vouchers will be extended. You can contact us to confirm the expiry date of your voucher.
Vouchers paid by EFT will only be issued once payment reflects in our bank account.
Vouchers, Prize
Vouchers won as a prize can only be redeemed on Tuesday-Thursday.
No expired vouchers will be extended. The date will be written on the prize voucher.
The physical voucher needs to be presented when arriving.
